So many people leaving negative reviews when it's to do with their seller or their delivery company.

This website is a tracking service, they simply re-post the tracking data that the original tracking service uses. An informal handler.

If you suspect a scan it's your parcel sender or parcel sender's courier, not 17track. As an intermediary information handling website all they can do is repost the information that the original tracking hands out to them.. and you. It's your responsibility to know the original courier and their tracking, not theirs.
